Description

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team of consultants - to include architects / master-planners and commercial advisors / surveyors - to prepare a residential led masterplan for a site identified in the emerging Local Plan for mixed use development in Biddulph. The advice will need to include layouts, planning compliance, development capacity, infrastructure requirements, costs, viability, land assembly and delivery mechanism
