Description

Herefordshire Council is looking to appoint a design consultant to further develop upon the
feasibility studies completed for the rebuilding of Peterchurch Primary School,
Herefordshire, on the existing site and to complete a RIBA Stage 3 design report in
anticipation of a planning application being submitted subject to internal approvals.
At this time it is not anticipated that a full planning application will be submitted as part of
this tender.
The length of the contract is expected to be 5 months from contract start date to completion
and submission of the Stage 3 report, these being 16 August 2021 to 15 January 2022 with
submission of the final design and report to be submitted by 31 December 2021.
