Description

Supply of wellhead materials for geothermal development.
All material must be manufactured according to API 6a (Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment) latest edition with certifications. An exemption can be the pack-off insert / element which is a geothermal specialty. The pack-off insert /element needs to be easy to install and maintain and allow for periodic casing movement. It should offer solutions to minimize seal wear.
Material Class: EE (sour service) alternatively FF, PSL2.
Temperature Class: Y (expected 180 - 200 °C).
Valid API certificates of the manufacturer must be submitted.
Product catalogues, technical specifications and sheets, independent test certificates and independent test reports must be submitted.
All items should be subject to a minimum 12 months warranty.
A full specification list of Wellhead Material to be supplied is given in the ITT documents. To be tendered as 1 or more of 3 packages.
