Description

The Services will comprise of:
• Routine servicing and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems and equipment associated with automatic opening vents
• Reactive maintenance and replacement of specified equipment
• Providing a twenty four hour breakdown and emergency call out service
The services will be carried out to the Head Office, various Flats (up to three storeys) and Supported Housing Schemes within a fifty mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
