Description

The University is looking for an external Supplier to partner with us to carry out parking enforcement across 4 locations in Bristol. The University must be able to retain a high-level of discretion to ensure there is no adverse effects on genuine campus users and vulnerable people. The University has had prior experience of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), and is reluctant to use this as the primary enforcement solution. Suppliers who rely too heavily on ANPR will not meet our technical criteria. The exception to this may be the visitor car parks at Frenchay and Glenside which will require a bespoke approach due to its usage.
