Description

The Foundation is looking for Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from individuals to support the early years teaching workforce.
As part of our grant letter for 2017/18, the Department for Education (DfE) has asked the Foundation to specifically support those who teach and train the early years and childcare workforce. In order to develop an appropriate support programme, we have commissioned a piece of research to identify both the key stakeholders, and the training needs of individuals in this area. This research is designed to inform the design of a support programme for those who teach and train the early years and childcare workforce. There will also be a fuller training needs analysis undertaken by the Foundation, which is expected to be available by July 2017.
The overall aim of this work is to support improved motivation, learning and achievement of those individuals working in early years and childcare at Level 2 and 3.
