Description

Boiler replacement and boiler house refurbishment works including communal lounge heating and zone valves. The original plant and equipment has expired the useful serviceable life and is beyond economical repair, the work comprises of renewing the complete plant room with modern equipment, upgrading the heating in the communal lounge and installing additional controls where required.
