Description

Re:allies is a social housing regeneration consortia. Its membership consists of regional housing consortia who bring together unmatched experience in procurement and regeneration. The membership consists of Procure Plus (PP), Efficiency North (EN) and Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC). Further information can be found by visiting www.re-allies.com

Re:allies wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the supply and distribution of a broadrange of goods and materials for the completion of maintenance and construction projects predominantly withinsocial housing properties and other public buildings including but not limited to schools and offices. Supplierswill be expected to interact with the contractors and suppliers who are appointed to installation, repair, new buildand merchants framework agreements or contracts that are procured separately by Re:allies, the members ofRe:allies or by their customers (each subject to separate procurements).

Individual contracting authorities entitled to access the Framework Agreement will have the option to agree and award underlying contracts to the appointed suppliers at any stage during the term of the Framework Agreement. The following contracting authorities will be entitled to agree and award underlying contracts under the Framework Agreement as and when required -
1. Any member of Re:allies from time to time (a 'Re:allies Member'), which for the avoidance of doubt currentlyincludes PP, EN and CHIC;
2. Any procurement consortia customer of Re:allies or of a Re:allies Member from time to time (a 'ProcurementConsortium Customer' which currently includes Cumbria Housing Partnership Limited (CHP); and
3. Any member or customer of a Re:allies Member or of a Procurement Consortia Customer from time to time,which may include:
(i) Any Social Housing Provider in the United Kingdom from time to time. 'Social Housing Provider' for thispurpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, registered providers, localauthorities and Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs). A list of the current Social HousingProviders can be found by visiting https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/current-registered-providers-of-social-housing; and
(ii) any local authority, academy trust or free school in the United Kingdom from time to time;
4. Any contractor or supplier appointed to any other framework agreement or contract of Re:allies or of a Re:allies Member or of a Re:allies Member's customer from time to time.

Re: allies reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or any part of the framework. Re:allies will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by Bidders in preparing their submissions for the Framework Agreement.
