to provide us with on-hand expertise across the full spectrum of real estate related issues. The services required

The framework will be tendered as 23 individual Lots. The lots divide up the requirement by service area and
by region.The Property Advice and Valuation framework will be used to support both Home Group's existing
residential and commercial portfolios and support our new build development activity.
