Description

Daily and periodic cleaning services required at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings. In summary, Historic England (HE) requires a professional, safe and discreet cleaning service, including the supply of associated consumables. The Visitor Exhibition and public Café are open 52 weeks of the year. They operate a 7-day operation in High season and School holidays and a 5-day operation in low season. High season is nominally from Easter through to end October although this can vary. The opening hours for the café and Visitor centre are 10am to 4pm. The first-floor serviced offices opened in September 2022, with plans to occupy the second-floor in Summer 2024. The buildings are located at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings, Spring Gardens, Shrewsbury, SY1 2SZ.
