Quotation for Negotiating and Influencing Skills for Managers and Senior Managers

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint an experienced training provider, to deliver Negotiating and Influencing Skills to Managers and Senior Managers.

The aim of the learning and development opportunity links to the following Manager Behaviours.

o Inspires Confidence

To give the opportunity to enhance existing abilities in communicating ideas, messages, objectives and an understanding of the effects and impact you have on others.

The estimated budget available for the delivery of this training is ?20,000 and the contract period will be for 2 years, commencing 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2020. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
