Description

St Helena is a British Overseas Territory. Being a remote island in the South Atlantic Ocean access to the island is only possible currently via sea. The official opening of the St Helena Airport planned in May 2016 will mark a significant milestone in the island's history. The Fire Brigade are looking for an additional 2 fire tenders to join their exist fleet. The island is very mountainous with the majority of roads being on serious inclines. The vehicles will also be expected to go off-road to service remote locations.
Proposals are invited from parties with specific experience in the delivery of 4x4 Fire Tenders as per the specification in attachment.
