Leicester City Council is considering options for procurement of Property Asset Management and Computer Aided Facility Management ("CAFM") software which enables all areas of LCC Estates & Building Services to plan, execute, manage, monitor and report on all estate management activities.
Before commencing a formal tender process, we are keen to seek market information from manufacturing and installation organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform Senior Stakeholder decision making and shape the requirements in our specification.
