Description
Arts Council England is seeking a Contractor to deliver Phase 1 of a programme evaluation of the Cultural Development Fund Round 3 (CDF3). The core focus of Phase 1 will require the Contractor to deliver the groundwork for delivering a robust and comprehensive impact evaluation at a later date. It is expected Phase 1 will involve the successful Contractor reviewing a programme-level logic model, developing project-level logic models for each project, developing an evaluation framework and monitoring data system including establishing a baseline, and delivering an evaluation scoping report. The evaluation framework and baseline is expected to support Arts Council and projects to monitor outcomes throughout and beyond the life of projects to add to the growing evidence base demonstrating how cultural capital investment drives economic growth and social benefits in place
