Description

To support the DWP Digital Transformation, DWP need to deliver an API service with connection to legacy (VME-R) applications to enable surfacing of award details.
A proof of concept successfully showed the VME-R applications can provide data via REST API. A subsequent high level design was approved through DWP Governance and work commenced on the solution.
The initial delivery will satisfy the DLA/AA requirements, however further development is needed to add additional applications and support increased volumes.
