Description

The University currently has a product for the purposes of recording and managing Post Graduate progression, but for a number of reasons this shall no longer remain a viable option post May 2021. Consequently, there is a need to explore the options open to this University and to source a substantially improved Solution in this area going ahead for the University for use by PGR Students and the administrators and sponsorship teams that support them.

This procurement exercise now represents that process for openly advertising and competing the University's future Requirements in this area with a view to obtaining and implementing a successful Solution outcome that meets the University's precise needs going forward.

The procurement includes for the supply and ongoing support of a Solution in connection with the above, for a period of 3 years, with three further potential 12 month options.

Details of De Montfort University's full Requirements in respect of this can be found within the Selection Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender applicable to this procurement and uploaded on this Intend e-tendering portal.

The University requires that the Solution is delivered and fully working by ideally no later than end of Q1 2021.
