Description

This Contract is for the design, build and commissioning of an aerated reed bed at Coxhoe East landfill site for the treatment of Leachate from the closed landfill to render it suitable for direct discharge into the existing adjacent surface water system. The Contract will include the design, build and commissioning of the plant, the desilting of the southern lagoon and provision of spare parts with a specific limit life. The Provider will be required to train the Council's employees in connection with the operation and maintenance of the plant.
