Description

Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust's Accessible Accommodation Service, executes a cross tenure disability adaptations service and bulk lift maintenance services, within the boundaries of the City of Salford. The Service helps people who are in need of practical support due to illness, disability and old age to live at home.
To support delivery of the service the Accessible Accommodation Service are looking to establish a framework which will be their vehicle for the commission of the following works:
a) The supply, installation, servicing and routine maintenance of lifting equipment under warranty and associated works for persons with restricted mobility. The works shall be issued under individual call-offs in order to facilitate individual client adaptations schemes;
b) A bulk maintenance service for the regular preventative maintenance of lifting equipment featuring on the 'Lift Maintenance Portfolio'.
Bidders will provide high quality supply, installation, and maintenance delivered by trained & qualified engineers. The Bidder will support the Accessible Accommodation Service working to ensure equipment remains fully operational and undertake any repairs in a timely manner.
The term of the Framework Agreement shall be two (2) years from the commencement date and may be extended for a period no longer than four (4) years in total.
