Description

Broadland Housing Association (BHA) is a social landlord having approximately 5,000 properties in Norfolk and North Suffolk. BHA has a requirement to enter into a contract for the supply of domestic appliances for individual dwellings and carry out reactive repairs as and when required. BHA estimate that in 2016/17 the group will need to replace approximately 40 appliances. This is currently subject to confirmation.
