Description

The Shopmobility Service should help people achieve wellbeing, independence, and live healthy lives. It should contribute to creating a safe and resilient community where everyone is welcome and which supports the most vulnerable. The primary function of the service is to provide well maintained, good quality mobility aids to help members of the public get around Kingston town centre. The Service should be efficient, well publicised, well respected and linked in with relevant organisations such as hospitals and disability charities. By the end of the contract the Service should be self sustaining and no longer reliant on any financial contributions from Kingston Council.
