Description
The Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the removal and replacement of the existing sliding doors and screens (curtain walling), replacement of the ground floor lift lobby, installation of vented louvre ceiling, installation of new LED lighting and installation of new LED Information Screen and associated works to the Pier Hill Lifts, Southend on Sea.
