Description

Hertsmere Borough Council are looking to engage an experienced Project Management consultancy to assist with the delivery of a proposed residential redevelopment of 197 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 1BW. The scheme is currently at planning: 24/1384/FUL | Demolition of existing buildings and erection of new affordable housing apartment block to include 13 units with associated parking and landscaping. | 197 Darkes Lane Potters Bar Hertfordshire EN6 1BW

The application is due to be determined at the May 2025 Planning Committee.
