Description

Dismantle and remove the large collapsed greenhouse and all the broken glass.

Remove all items within the large greenhouse and on the drive by the shed (pallets etc). Shed to be left.

Clear the whole area of brambles, weeds, overgrown grass, any glass or other items which may be on the plot, leaving the site clear and ready for occupation.

Remove the broken glass from the smaller greenhouse at the bottom of the plot, but leave the actual greenhouse in place.

Contractors should be aware that due to the health & safety issues, the Council will make the appointment on receipt of the first appropriate quote. No deadline has been set.

The main gate on Marsh Lane has a combination lock. The code can be obtained from the Clerk. Alternative access is available by the gate at the other side of the allotments from the public footpath.
