Description
The Council is seeking to procure a multidisciplinary professional services team to prepare a masterplan and feasibility study for the North Bay area of Scarborough Town.
The Council is keen to accelerate progress on the development and delivery of Scarborough's North Bay area. Although significant progress has been made over the years on this key leisure are (e.g. Scarborough's Alpamare Waterpark and Spa, Scarborough Open Air Theatre etc.) the Council is seeking to prepare a comprehensive masterplan for the future of the former "Sands" development site and the wider North Bay area.
