The car park has a section of the original Roman London Wall located within its boundaries, which is a monument scheduled under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 and will need to be protected during the works.
The aim of the project is to create two enclosed private areas within London Wall Car Park - the contract will be a single stage design and build works contract, encompassing:

Office facilities with work stations, all services and full IT and CCTV connectivity back to centrally-managed facility
Potential provision of additional WC facilities within/outside the private area
Relocation of existing items/facilities from new private areas to public areas - eg. kiosk, pay-on-foot machines, ticket machines, stores
