Description

The University of Sheffield require and experienced an qualified contractor to replace the AMRC Training Centre Entrance Door.

The tender documentation shall consist of the documents listed in the contents above and your tender shall be based on these documents and in accordance with the form of contract detailed above, which will be completed in accordance with the section A20 project preliminaries a copy of which must be signed prior to commencement of the works. Delay to the commencement of the works due to your failure to sign the contract shall not constitute grounds for an extension of time.

The Building file and other associated drawings/documents may be inspected by prior arrangement with EFM tel 0114 222 9100.

You are strongly advised to visit the site. Within the table above is the date/are dates set for the site visits. This/These are the only date(s) when site visits will be available and you should include all of your sub-contractors and partners. Confirmation of your attendance should be provided through the In-Tend correspondence tool.

The Tender procedure will be in accordance with Alternative 2 of the NBS Guide to Tendering for Construction Projects. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and no allowance shall be made for preparing the tender.
