Description
Homes England own the Sideway site in Stoke-on-Trent, which is being promoted for residential development. To provide certainty to prospective developers, an outline planning application, with all matters reserved save access, needs to be prepared and submitted to the Local Planning Authority (LPA). The preferred approach is to de-risk the site as much as possible prior to disposal, which is key given the site constraints, including access, topography, ecology and the adjacency of B8 uses.
