Description
To work with NHS Digital, NHS England and the Department of Health to conduct a rapid piece of user research to inform the presentation of the new proposed opt-out model to patients and the public.
The key requirement is to look at the impacts of either having a single option or multiple options to a single question. Do the public react differently if given a simple yes/no question to when faced with two or more questions relating to the same issue that enable a number of possible responses.
To provide advice and guidance following adequate research on how best to articulate and describe this so that it is presented to the public in a way such that they are able to make an informed choice about their opt-out preferences.
