Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 21 December 2018 for the following reason: Thank you for registering an interest in this ITT.
I will be withdrawing this opportunity later today and replacing it with another ITT. I will notify each of you of the new opportunity.
The reason for withdrawing the notice is that there are leaks into several flats which cannot be repaired other than by renewing the roof. Heavy rain leads to excessive water flooding into four flats. Therefore a new ITT will be issued later today with a closing date of 16th January 2019 and a requirement to start on site no later than 4th February 2019. It is imperative that the roof is made watertight as soon as possible thereafter.(MW1844 Chenies Close (Block 1-20) - Roof Renewals. Roof recovering including renewal of tiles, underfelt and timber battens; renewal of all associated lead flashings and soakers; renewal of all gutters and rain water pipes; renewal of all fascias, soffits and undercloaks; renewal of insulating material with new material to be not less than 300 mm in depth. Note fascias and soffits contain crysotile (brown asbestos).)
