Description

Runnymede Borough Council are inviting tenders for Valuation, Development Management, Surveying and Related Services Support

The Council is actively involved in creating a fully commercial approach to the delivery of services. The major element of this approach is for the Council to optimise the use of its land and property assets through operational deployment or redevelopment. In addition, the Council is actively acquiring property both for place-shaping and investment purposes.
The range of asset purchases to date varies from low value place-shaping acquisitions required for land assembly to the purchase of a large property for around ?70M with several properties valued between ?10M and ?30M. We have the agreed funds to purchase suitable developments and properties with a strong bias to opportunities that will/are:
(a) Assist our place shaping development projects;
(b) Directly located within the Borough;
(c) Further broaden the diversification of our portfolio;
(d) Special high value purchases within 15 miles of a Borough boundary.

Runnymede Borough Council are seeking a Company who can provide the following Services:
(a) Valuations - assessments and Red Book;
(b) Technical inspections and reporting;
(c) Measured Surveys;
(d) Market Research and intelligence;
(e) Development Appraisals;
(f) demonstrate thier ability to deliver to requisite timescales;
