Description
Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete adaptation, refurbishment and garage extension works on one of their properties 100 High Street, Eye, Peterborough. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;
- Garage extension, roof alterations, internal alterations (structural) and refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters.
- Associated plumbing and M&E services to the refurbishment.
- Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.
- Groundworks to the front and rear areas.
Site Visits
All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on Thurs 15th February from 8am to 2pm. Only this date and time will be made available for internal inspection. It is an open house and no appointment is necessary. Failure to visit site will result in your tender being invalid.
