Description

The requirement for an Email system capable of sending unlimited emails, for Hertfordshire County Council's Corporate Communications Team.
The new system will replace our current email-distribution system which has been in place since 2017. Emails sent through this system provide our primary communication channel to inform residents of the services the council provides, whilst maintaining our commitment to providing the most cost-effective service.
