Description
The University would like to purchase a Cell Disruption System,
The system needs to contain the following;
• Hydraulic digestion system for all cell types.
• Flow rate: up to 100 ml / min (6.0 L / hr)
• Process volume at 2700 bar: up to approx. 10 liters
• Process time at 2700 bar: approx. 1.5 hours of continuous operation without oil cooling
• Automatic start/stop
• Touch-screen control panel with outlet temperature and pressure indicator, stop button
• Cooling jacket around the product
• Safety: Process control system, automatic safety device, automatic process interruption in case of faulty built-in pressure chamber or nozzle blockage, pressure control system for exact pressure adjustment, blockage of hydraulic oil overheating.
• Nozzle, target, seal and O-rings should be able to be changed by the user.
• Operating instructions, complete tool in the case and the initial supply of consumables
• Warranty: 12 months
