Description
The University is looking to appoint a Contractor to:
• Manage, operate and maintain the existing Siemens Desigo CC and Desigo Insight BMSs. The maintenance shall be a planned preventative (PPM) and reactive service.
• Optimising and reporting building performance / energy savings, and recommendations to realise potential energy savings.
• Provide a secure web site to support the contract, which can be accessed at any time by nominated University staff.
• Migrate of all sites from legacy Desigo Insight to Desigo CC BMS
• Perform specified duties in relation to capital and refurbishment project work carried out by others
The contract will commence on 1st May 2021 and operate to 31st July 2022. The contract may be extended by the mutual agreement of the University and the Contractor for 3 further individual 12 month periods up to a maximum of 31st July 2025.
