Description

King's College London wishes to establish a new contract for the provision of online, video counselling support for students. This is a service available outside of normal (UK) working hours as well as within them.

This tender opportunity is available currently due to the ongoing need for counselling sessions to be delivered:

- Outside of normal working hours for the core Counselling & Mental Health Service (Mon-Fri, 9-5) or over periods where the University is closed (e.g. bank holidays).
- To students who are overseas or currently based outside of London and unable to access Central services.
- To King's Digital students who only able to access services which are available remotely.

The initial contract will run for 3 years from October 2024 to September 2027, with the option to extend for 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
