• Only those organisations that expressed their interest in this opportunity via the Kent Business Portal will receive this Invitation to Tender (ITT)
• All submitted compliant bids will be evaluated in accordance with the instructions contained within this document.
CBC Member Authorities that will be using the Framework Agreement from the outset are:
Hertfordshire County Council

Oxfordshire County Council
Other public sector authorities that will be using the Framework Agreement from the outset are:
London Borough of Havering (LOT5 only)
Other public bodies will have access to this Framework Agreement but may only do so with the agreement of the Contracting Authority. Those organisations who may wish to access this Framework Agreement will be members, affiliates and associates of the CBC Group, blue light services, the NHS & NHS Trusts, third sector organisations, academic centres (including Academies & free schools), publically funded organisations and publically owned private companies, operating within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
