Description
The Authority is seeking to award a contract to a Supplier who would assess the comparative advantages and disadvantages of key policy options across the economy for:
(a) CO2 taxes
(b) CO2 pricing (above a certain de minimis valuation level).
(c) CO2 abatement subsidies.
And clearly distinguishing between short (< 5 years) and longer term (up to 20+ years) options.
It is envisaged the contract would start in January 2019 and run for 10 weeks.
