Description
Southampton City Council (SCC) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified suppliers to assist in the delivery of services to ensure that their Housing Stock water quality and controls are in line with current legislation.
The aim is to conduct monitoring and maintenance within our properties and initiate a capital programme of remedial works across the city to reduce the overall risk rating and ensure all installations are compliant. Our In-House trade's teams will also be undertaking monitoring, some maintenance and remedial works.
In order to maintain transparency two separate contractors are required, one to assess the quality of the water systems and identify any non-compliance corrective works (Lot One), and the second to carry out routine maintenance and corrective works as identified by the first contractor (Lot Two).
Contractors are invited to bid for both parts of this tender however no single contractor can be awarded both.
