Description

The Council are looking for a suitable contractor to design and construct 3 new build houses and external works at West Dene located in Gaddesden Row (https://www.google.com/maps/search/gaddesden+row/@51.8137309,-0.4929747,17z)

The scheme has been designed to RIBA Stage 3 and currently awaits planning approval. The contractor will be responsible developing the planning drawings through to fully designed schemes.
