Description

We are pleased to invite your organisation to tender for the provision of an Asset Management Solution for Weaver Vale Housing Trust. This tender process is a pivotal step in our commitment to enhancing our asset management capabilities, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in managing our property portfolio.
The solution we seek must comprehensively meet our key requirements, which include synchronisation of property information across various systems, adaptable and fully compliant stock condition surveys, detailed asbestos management, accurate energy rating data, and robust HHSRS management. Additionally, the system should facilitate investment and budget planning, refusals management, extensive reporting capabilities, and seamless interfacing with other solutions. Technical architecture, including a cloud-native solution, is also a critical consideration.
