Description

In order to tackle the cost-of-living crisis and refugee resettlement initiatives, SCDC is looking to support its residents with a variety of essential furniture and white goods items to help them access a successful tenancy or bring down household costs.

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a service whereby a variety of furniture and white goods items can be purchased and delivered by the supplier directly to our residents to support them. The list of essential furniture and white goods items that may be required are as follows:
o 2-seater sofas
o 3-seater sofas
o Single beds (including mattress)
o Double beds (including mattress)
o Bedding including pillows and duvets (for both single and double beds)
o Wardrobes
o Cookers (including fitting)
o Fridge freezers
o Under counter fridges
o Under counter freezers
o Washing machines

The approximate dimensions and specifications should be submitted as part of your response to this ITT. Please note that all electrical items must meet UK standards and be fitted with a UK 3 pin plug. All furniture must meet UK safety standards and fire regulations.
