Warwickshire County Council ('the Council') is a Waste Disposal Authority and is seeking to appoint a Supplier for the reprocessing of separately collected Food Waste and at its (the Council's) discretion an additional service for the collection and haulage of Food Waste from a Collection Point to the Delivery Point and/or Reprocessing Point.
