Description

SLLP is seeking to enter a number of non-exclusive relationships with external legal advisors. This relationship will not be exclusive and there would be no guarantee of work, however as an indication last year the external spend on legal services for these areas, save for major project work. It is intended that the successful firms appointed will be the firms of choice for the Property and Commercial Team and the 3 Litigation, Housing and Planning teams. Given the potential value of major projects work, any requirement for external legal advice on these shall be addressed outside of the scope of these appointments.
