Description

Rother District Council is in the process of preparing its new Local Plan which will cover the period 2019-2039 and as part of ensuring a robust evidence base for this, the Council requires an assessment and review of its retail hierarchy and future retail floorspace requirements for the District, especially in relation to the three major towns of Bexhill, Battle and Rye.
