Description

Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council is seeking to appoint an Organisation to provide a weekly youth club for 13-18-year olds in Bishop's Cleeve on Monday evenings for 34 weeks per year during term time to be held at the Pavilion Meeting Room, Cheltenham Road Sports Field.
Work required:
• The development, management and delivery of demand-led provision in Bishop's Cleeve - specifically to be one evening per week (Mondays) at the Sports Pavilion, Cheltenham Road;
• The development and facilitation of a multi-agency approach to working positively with young people for the best outcomes of the community;
• Report to the Council on the success of project to include activities and user numbers;
• Carry out / attend promotional events to advertise the project in addition to the scheduled sessions and report back to the Council on these events;
• Be responsible for the management and delivery of this project;
• Identify and work with local stakeholders to strengthen partnership work;
• Provide monthly reports on activities and numbers and ages of users.
The Council is undertaking an open Procurement Process that requires interested contractors to address their tenders to the Parish Clerk by post in envelopes clearly marked Private and Confidential "(Youth Provision) Tender Documents enclosed".
The last date for receipt of tenders by post is 4th February 2019.
