Description

1.1 Industry consultation on tendering opportunity for the temporary installation of Court audio and video equipment. The aim of this engagement event is to gather industry views about the specification of the tendering opportunity. Evidence presented in Court can often be delivered through the electronic transmission of audio visual mediums. This can be CCTV footage, graphics of various types and audio recordings captured on a variety of devices. This contract is for the delivery, installation and operation of equipment in Court rooms to enable electronically available evidence to be presented for the duration of the case. All equipment is removed at the conclusion of the case trial. The contract is for a period of 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 x 12 months with an annual estimated value in the region of £1.3m. Interested companies are invited to the event to be held on 13th November 2019 in 110 Rochester Row, SW1P 1JP at 11am.
