Description

Historic England wishes to establish framework agreements for a range of hardware supplies and deliveries at all Historic England sites. This framework considers the delivery of items in each lot at low volume and high frequency at several locations across England (offices and home delivery). Nimble and agile delivery processes, online catalogue, and short supply chain process including click and pay for IT hardware procurement processes are major requirements for this framework. The items are for commonly required components and add-ons for end-user computing. On most cases specific models and vendors will be stipulated but, in some instances, generic alternatives will be considered acceptable. The online catalogue must show available quantity and estimated delivery times for that item as this will be the primary means of placing orders.

Orders should be collated for invoicing purposes on a monthly basis, Historic England will not consider per-item invoicing.
