Description
The Council is seeking providers to join a dynamic framework agreement for residential rehabilitation placements, which will be purchased by the Council from a range of service providers as detailed in the specification under the Light Touch Regime using a bespoke dynamic framework procedure.
Residential rehabilitation is a Tier 4 intervention, providing accommodation, support and rehabilitation to service users with complex drug and/or alcohol misuse issues, who may have other co-existing physical and/or mental health needs.The framework will consist of:
• Residential Rehabilitation service for drug and alcohol misuse
The dynamic framework contract shall commence on 01 October 2018 for a period of 3 years to 30 September 2021 with an option to extend for 1 further year.
