Description
Herefordshire Council have operated a partner network across the Herefordshire geography for a number of years providing connectivity for local partners within Public Sector and Health including Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust, NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) incorporating GP surgeries and other care providers.
The current contract is coming to an end in January 2025 and Herefordshire Council and partners are looking to identify the future costs associated with operating Wide Area Connectivity for the stakeholder organisations within a single contract and understand the opportunities available to create both a more efficient and a more cost-effective data network through exploring new and innovative approaches to prepare and inform the requirements for the future data network provision for the stakeholder organisations in preparation for the current contract ending.
