Description

The National Physical Laboratory require a Nitrogen-vacancy scanning probe microscope: Scanning probe system based on the optical read out of the quantum state of a NV defect implanted in diamond probe. The quantum state is perturbed by magnetic field, hence, allows for high sensitivity magnetic field measurements that are spatially resolved at the nanometre level.
